Reinae Kessler, Broker / Owner

Reinae Kessler has many years of experience in the real estate industry. Her first remodel/flip was in 1994, and she often jokes that she has never lived in a home where at least one wall did not come down. She is a licensed Broker with many advanced real estate certifications including her certification in luxury marketing, Green certification, and GRI(graduate of realtor institute). She is a native Texan, graduated with HONORS from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990, and is proud to call Austin home. She has in-depth and broad knowledge of all of the neighborhoods and niche/pocket areas in and around Austin. She is passionate about helping others, understanding their needs and goals, and is masterful in helping clients identify what is most important. Real Estate purchases can be complex transactions, especially when multiple people are involved, and helping others figure things out is what Reinae does best. XXXXX

Her experience in multiple flips, staging, project management, and construction gives her the unique ability to help her clients prepare their homes for the market and to help them see the full potential of prospective new homes they are considering buying.

She has knowledge of the Austin area’s school districts, and she’s able to make school recommendations based on a family’s needs. Reinae has two children, a daughter in college, and a son who attends a small private school in Rosedale, Central Austin. She is passionate about helping others, and gives generously. Her current projects include sponsoring the Khabele School’s fundraising efforts , and dog rescue.

She believes her client relationships are of the utmost importance, along with the importance managing each transaction from contract to close. A large volume of Reinae’s business is generously referred from past clients, many who are now great friends. Her goal with each client is to create long-lasting business relationships by offering outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Betina Foreman, CNE

Betina Foreman is a fifth generation Texan and second generation Realtor that grew up in Houston, Texas. Her father John W. Luker Jr. was a real estate Broker/real estate attorney, and he launched the first Houston City Title office in 1958. Betina attended The Art Institute of Houston, University of Houston and University of Texas. In 1989 Betina moved to Austin Texas to go to school and host a local children’s TV program called “For Kids Only”. Betina worked as a Trade Show Manager for Guiltless Gourmet®, a local Austin snack manufacturer for six years. In 1995 Betina married her sweetheart and best friend, David Foreman.

For several years she worked as office manager for an international commercial construction company (DPR) and then a Vintage Fine Homes, a very high end custom home designer-builder on Lake Travis. This experience gives Betina the inside track on dealing with home builders and, provides a distinction that few other Realtors offer: she can read blueprints. After an extensive remodel on her personal residence, it was clear to her that homes are her passion. In her opinion, good design and logical functionality should be present in every home. So Betina decided to obtain her real estate license and help others realize their dream of owning a home.

Initially Betina joined the Keller Williams brokerage and won the Bronze Medal in 2008. After three and a half years with Keller Williams she switched brokerages and went to Austin Home Girls Realty. AHGR is a smaller “boutique” Brokerage that seriously focuses on the client’s needs and has Realtors that are more educated than average. To that end Betina has continued to learn about the ever changing market and take continuing education courses above and beyond what TREC & ABOR require. Betina’s personal goal to be more informed and educated about the Austin and Lake Travis home market than your typical agent, is a reality.

Betina Foreman has the coveted designation CNE-Certified Negotiation Expert, which less than one percent of Realtors in the USA possess. Shelley Tucci, GRI

Shelley was born and raised in the Dallas/Ft Worth area where she lived, attended school and worked until relocating to Tacoma, Washington in 1985. Although she loved her time spent there and the experience of living in the Pacific Northwest when given the opportunity to return to her home state in 2001 she chose Austin. Shortly after returning to Texas she earned her Realtors license and joined Keller Williams where she met Reinae Kessler and eventually made her way to Austin Home Girls.

Drawing on her career experiences where she worked for Southwest Airlines and Nordstrom, leaders in customer service, Shelley uses her customer service skills to her client’s advantage by listening and hearing about their Real Estate needs and concerns and extensively researches to find the property that best meets their criteria, educating them through the process about the market and their choices, negotiates all details and manages all phases of the transaction with great care and focus. Shelley takes a personal interest in her clients and is committed to making their home buying or selling experience proceed as stress free as possible.

Staying current is the Real Estate market is vital to Shelley and with that in mind she has earned her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation, which is the national standard for Real Estate professionalism and advanced knowledge.
